Thank you for your interest in our genealogy. You may feel free to use any of the information on our site for private usage as long as the following guidelines are followed. First, we do
not allow bulk downloads of our entire GEDCOM file. The primary reason for this is that there have been many countless hours invested in this project by many people. It is not our intent for the
work to end up on someone else's web site only to be added to a GEDCOM collection and then sold. We have also found people taking portions of earlier versions of our information and 'sticking' it within
their GEDCOM files in an erroneous manner. As a result, I have been quite surprised to find out some of the people that I am now supposedly related to.Second, if you use a significant portion of our data
collection (we'll be gullible here and let you define significant), we ask that you reference the work back to here. Again, many people have spent countless hours on this project (much more than I have) to
provide this information to you. Next, please feel free to download the partial GEDCOMs to your hearts content. Also, feel free to add a link to our pages if you have a related web site or know of a
web site which has related information. Lastly, if you are in fact a family member and are part of this collection, as far as we are concerned you have every right to the information as we do. If you are
related to us, please feel free to contact us if you have any special needs or questions. These guidelines are probably the simplest that you will find anywhere on the net for a collection of this size. Given
some minor events that have occurred in the past we hope that you understand why we are trying to protect the data. It is primarily to make sure that it remains free, but also to make sure that it remains as
pure as possible. Our intent is not at all to restrict those trying to expand their own family research. Thanks for your understanding
